Our task for this project was to take their existing HTML based site and convert it over to Wordpress. Not only did we setup their site to be controlled by Wordpress, we also did an XML API Integration with a third-party real estate listing service to pull in all of their listings automatically into the site and create them as custom post types.

Project Description

Our task for this project was to take their existing HTML based site and convert it over to WordPress.  Not only did we setup their site to be controlled by WordPress, we also did an XML API Integration with a third-party real estate listing service to pull in all of their listings automatically into the site and create them as custom post types.  We then made this collection of listings searchable through a custom MySQL query.  All of the listings are pulled in automatically on a cron (timed) function that runs hourly keeping their content up-to-date and fresh!
